prodono offers much more than just advertising material. prodono serves its customers with tailor-made brand ambassadors that provide ongoing support for brand communication at each brand's touchpoints. In the wake of the transformation we were excited to  develop a new brand with a modern corporate identity for the promotional products dealers in 2017. 
In order to optimally present the services and the more than 80,000 products of prodono across digital media, we were commissioned to start the development of the online shop.

It was our job, to develop a screen design that builds trust in the prodono brand through maximum ease of use and smart features. The concept was strictly based on the „Mobile First“ approach and all functions such as the logo configurator, the product search and the online price calculator were designed following easy to understand UX principles. Based on extensive market analysis and analysis of the surfing behavior, these functions have been extended by additional elements such as the custom idea generator. Through actions such as the "My prodono Bonus Program", we were able to create an incentive for resellers to buy prodono's products and thereby sustainably increasing customer loyalty.

In order to build further trust with the visitors directly after a total rebrand, including a name change, we have taken care to get independent quality seals like Trusted Shops for prodono. These were integrated into the webshop together with reviews from satisfied customers.

In addition to the detailed screen design of all areas and functions of the online shop, we have developed graphically matching automated mails and invoices.

To intensify the online customer communication, we designed eye-catching Facebook ads and Google ads, creative newsletters, as well as shopping ads for Google and Facebook, which were delivered to a targeted audience for the online shop. In addition, promotions such as an Easter egg search in the webshop have been designed, programmed and maintained to increase traffic to the site, extend page retention time, as well as informing visitors in a playful way about prodono's products and services.

Through a networked communication concept and marketing support before, during and after the launch process, we successfully managed to usher in a new era for the prodono brand. The functional and modern screen design expresses the orientation of the company expressively and meets the demands for customer-oriented service and individual promotional items.
